This privacy statement is intended to provide information about how and why Kjeller Innovasjon AS collects and processes your personal information.

Kjeller Innovasjon AS v / Daniel Ras-Vidal is responsible for the processing of information collected and processed by Kjeller Innovasjon AS. This privacy statement contains information you are entitled to when personal information is collected through Kjeller Innovasjon AS and general information about how we process your personal information.
Your personal data is processed in accordance with Norwegian and EU legal rules (GDPR).

What personal data do we process and how do we use the personal data?

We only process personal information that is necessary for you to be able to complete our contact form for enquiries to H2Cluster. You must at least register your name and e-mail address. Your e-mail address can be used to send out newsletters, and the other information to adapt the content of the newsletter to your profile.

Basis for processing

The legal basis for the processing of personal data in Kjeller Innovasjon AS is consent. The consent is given by submitting a contact form to H2Cluster.

You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time.

Storage of personal data and deletion

The personal information is stored on a server at the supplier which is located within the EU, and which is currently considered to be a safe and satisfactory storage of your information. The reason for this is that all EU states are obliged to meet the requirements of the GDPR and thus ensure you a minimum of privacy.

If you withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data, our processing of your personal data will cease and the information will be deleted from our systems within three months. Revocation of the consent will not affect the legality of a treatment based on consent until the consent has been withdrawn.

Your personal data will also be deleted if the processing of the personal data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.

We will not transfer your information to third parties.

Your rights as a recipient of the newsletter

You have the right to request access, correction, deletion, restriction of the processing and disclosure of your personal data (data portability). In addition, you can request us to terminate the processing of personal data (withdraw your consent). We will comply with the request within one month of it being submitted. If you believe we have violated the privacy regulations, you have the right to complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority.
